Ever since we started our journey as a Maruti Suzuki dealer in India, we came across innumerable learning experiences that in some way or the other have carved us as an organization that is always willing to serve the mass.
Pratham Motors was established in Bangalore in the year 2002, with its first showroom situated at Sarjapur layout which is dearly attached to our hearts. And thereafter we opened a total no. of 8 outlets of which almost all are visited on a greater frequency by both new and existing customers, which itself was a great achievement we have witnessed.
Sharing a common objective, every member despite of his hierarchical designation has helped Pratham Motors grow in all aspects. Something that we religiously believe is to treat mankind with equality and integrity, the belief being well reflected in our work culture, so in our behavior and also the treatment to our customers. We are a lot possessive about our culture that is admired and idolized by many others, and we shall never compromise on that.
We are a young team with many of us having started our careers at this platform, and to work here with our dignity and loyalty is what we look for. When comes to work, we surrender ourselves completely to the pledge we had taken to serve people with honesty. Every person here has a special quality and we strive to help him take that further to a level where he can become a leader or a manager. To bring the best out of us all, we keep up with the spirit of teamwork so that every effort is counted and valued.
Keeping utmost transparency in the work environment both towards the team and our customers, we try our best to resolve issues and help customers understand our service and products better. We also make sure that misunderstanding or misinterpretation doesn't occur as that somehow dirties the environment, the reason why we offer every single member to speak their heart and their mind whenever they want to.
Most importantly the people we work for, our customers are our highest priority, and we insure that nothing goes wrong while we attend them.
